Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer staged payments tied to project milestones — typically 50% to start, 25% at design approval, and 25% at launch.

What if I already have a website?

We can rebuild, redesign, or enhance your existing site. During discovery we'll assess what's worth keeping and what needs replacing.

Do I own the website and code?

Yes. You own everything we build. We provide full access, documentation, and training so you're never locked in.

Can you integrate with my existing tools?

Absolutely. We integrate with popular calendars, CRMs, email platforms, and payment providers. Custom integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.

What happens after launch?

Every package includes post-launch support. We also offer ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and development retainers.

Agreement

By using the Studio by Clinqly website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our services include website design and development, business automation, AI assistants, custom software, and booking systems.

Services and proposals

Project scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or statements of work. Work begins once a proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for their project, including website code, designs, and custom software. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
